Intro to Massage

A massage experience influenced by Swedish and Therapeutic techniques. I've found that most people need both relaxation and focused massage to feel balanced, which is why I've created the Meraki Signature Massage. Your session will begin with a warm epsom salt foot soak followed by a seated foot massage using my homemade organic shea butter. Choose between a 60- or 90-minute massage to follow.

Meraki Signature Massage

Therapeutic Massage incorporates a blend of modalities depending on your individual needs. Sessions may include trigger point release, stretching, a touch of Swedish, and some deep tissue work along tight tissue groups using your desired medium to deep pressure. The goal of treatment is to improve movement and circulation, reduce pain, and decrease inflammation. Please note: Consider booking 75-minutes or longer if you would like a full-body massage in addition to focused work in problem areas.

Therapeutic Massage

Designed to relieve muscle tension and improve flexibility, Sports Massage uses firm to deep pressure and stretching techniques. Ideal for anyone seeking relief from chronic stress, injuries, or posture issues or preparing for a sporting event. 
INCLUDES cupping, Gua Sha, and Deep Blue muscle relief.

Sports Massage

Relax and unwind with a relaxation massage – a Swedish-inspired massage using your desired pressure (light to medium). Feel your body seem to melt while soothing techniques gently smooth away stress. It's also exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Relaxation Massage

Specifically designed for the mother-to-be. This prenatal massage is enhanced with plenty of pillow support. Deeply relaxing and extremely helpful for the aches pains and discomforts common in pregnancy. Available only in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy.

Prenatal Massage

To purchase a physical gift certificate, please make an appointment to choose a time that works best for you to pick up your gift certificate at the studio. Payment is due upon pickup. Gift certificates can be made out for any amount you choose. There is a $10 fee for missed appointments, charged to the card on file to hold the appointment. Please cancel within 24 hours if you can no longer make your appointment.
