This blend is great for your aches and pains, helping to calm those muscles and areas that we seem to aggravate when working and lifting, as well as before and after exercising. This lotion does provide a warming sensation. Precautions: This oil is best avoided when pregnant or nursing and should not be used on individuals who take blood thinners. Ingredients: Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus.
